Lady GaGa is using the coronavirus pandemic to spend some quality one-on-one time with her boyfriend Michael Polansky!
The Stupid Love singer took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a pic (above) of her holding hands with her man, with whom she has been “self-quarantining” for about a week now.
The songstress wrote in the caption:
“Day 6 of self-quarantining! Going strong, playing video games and cards, and taking care of ourselves. Important reminder: keep your mind as stress free as possible and your body moving. #selflove #selfcare #bekind try not to pass it in case you have it #corona it’s ok and so wonderful to stay home if you can!What a kind act for the world”
It’s even more wonderful to stay home with a new paramour — which is exactly what Gagz has been doing. A source told ET that the COVID-19 crisis has brought the Oscar winner and the entrepreneur closer, as they’ve been spending even more alone time together.

The insider explained:
“They both felt social distancing and quarantine was the right thing to do and it’s given them time to spend together and focus on one another without work or any other distractions.”
How cozy!
The source added that GaGa is “really getting serious” with the Harvard graduate, noting:
“Gaga is really getting serious with her boyfriend and the chemistry is undeniable. At first she wanted to keep it low key and quiet because she had just gotten out of a relationship and thought taking it slow would be good, but they had an immediate connection, so it was tough to keep under wraps. They were spending so much time together, she finally decided to post on Instagram to make it official.”
The insider went on to say that the 33-year-old performer wasn’t expecting to find such a good romance months after she broke off her engagement with fiance Christian Carino, but soon realized she was “completely in love” with Polansky.
The source continued:
“She wasn’t expecting to get so involved so quickly after her last relationship, but she started telling her friends she was completely in love with him. Anyone that has spent any time with them can see the connection. They are completely smitten. Her friends haven’t seen her this happy in years. It didn’t take long for her friends to adore him too.”
A big reason why the two fit so well, according to the source, is that Polansky is just as busy (and philanthropic) as the superstar singer: he co-founded and runs Facebook co-founder Sean Parker’s philanthropy foundation, the Parker Foundation, which is dedicated to pursuing systemic change in Life Sciences, Global Public Health, Civic Engagement and the Arts.
The insider explained:
“Gaga’s life is so busy, she is nonstop work most of the time and Michael is supportive of her schedule. He can often work remotely so even travels with her.”
