Lala Kent and her ex-fiancé Randall Emmett have been fighting for custody of their three-year-old daughter Ocean Kent Emmett nearly the entire time the little girl has been alive.
But now, all that is done. DONE!!! Seriously! Whew. What a load off!
On Tuesday, the Vanderpump Rules star was doing her thing on an Amazon Live stream for her Lala Beauty product line when she let slip that she has signed a settlement agreement to finally finalize custody with her filmmaker ex.

During the stream, the 34-year-old Bravo mainstay began her reveal by laying it all right out there in the open:
“You guys, the custody battle is over. It’s officially ended. We’re done with it. So, there’s my tea for the day.”
Tea, indeed!
She went on to reveal just how happy the settlement has made her, too. After admitting that the three-year-long custody battle has “weighed on [her] heart and soul” for a while now, Lala reflected on this being a new day now that it’s done:
“After over three years, we have signed an agreement that is best for our daughter, Ocean. So, I’m very, very happy about that.”
That’s the only thing that matters here — Ocean’s well-being!
The Bravolebrity conceded that Randall is almost certainly feeling the same way, too:
“I’m sure it’s been the same for my ex, and I’m just so happy that we were able to get to a good place for the well-being of our kid.”
Now, Lala did not divulge any specific details about what their agreement entails. So, we don’t know what level of (we assume) shared custody is at play here — like, which parent gets what amount of weekly or monthly time as Ocean’s primary caregiver and all that. No word on that yet.
But either way, we’re happy that it’s done! No doubt the Bravolebrity is, too. And to celebrate, the Give Them Lala star capped the convo by revealing a cute little detail about how Ocean’s personality has been developing lately:
“Ocean is such a vibe, so fun. I dig her to my core.”

Like we said, these exes have been fighting over custody for a looooong time. Thank goodness they have finally come to a stopping point. For their sakes, of course — but even more so for Ocean’s long-term growth!
