Whoa! After hearing what Lana Del Rey has to say about women’s rights, feminists might be ready to grab their pitchforks and torches.
But hopefully, everyone can just, you know, get along.
The Summertime Sadness starlet admitted in a recent interview that feminism, frankly, just kind of bores her.
She confessed:
“For me, the issue of feminism is just not an interesting concept. . . Whenever people bring up feminism, I’m like, god. I’m just not really that interested.. I’m more interested in, you know, SpaceX and Tesla, what’s going to happen with our intergalactic possibilities.”
Yikes!!! We’d think it equality would be something that interests Lana!
Between this and her money-making pre-nuptial performance for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, we’re wondering whether some of her hardcore hipster fans might be rolling their eyes!
Speaking of eyes rolling back in ones head, Lana also spoke about why she so often gets choked in her videos. She gushed:
“I like a little hardcore love.”
We hope a bruised wind-pimp incurred during one of her “hardcore love” sessions isn’t the reason why our girl has been so often sick!!!
Either way, regardless of what her views are, we applaud Lana for, ahem, sticking her neck out and telling the world how she really feels!
