This is a new path for Maxim!
If you’re at all familiar with the men’s magazine, then you know that the female cover stars are usually in some state of undress.
Lana Del Rey on the cover of the December/January issue shows less skin than most, although we’re sure there are people out there who will be thoroughly titillated by her shoulders and clavicles.
Collar bones can be sexy, too!
HOWEVER! Heterosexual male readers who expect some skin will be happy to learn that the spread pretty much features the singer rolling around in bed with only a white sheet for cover.

And for those who read the articles, Lana talks about the interesting change she experienced after dying her hair:
“When I went darker with my hair, I don’t know why, but people took my music more seriously. There’s a lot to be said for pretending, you know?”
