According to court records, the lawsuit filed against Britney Spears by a photog whose foot she ran over in October 2007 has been settled.
The douche in her way, Ricardo Mendoza sued the pop princess in May for assault, battery and negligently driving her car stemming from the incident in Beverly Hills two years ago.
And he filed only four months ago?!
The records do not state the terms of the agreement, but we’re sure she paid a pretty penny!
