Leona Lewis Song Drama Heading To Trial

This is not a promising start to a comeback.

Leona Lewis‘ new single Collide, off of her third untitled album, has come under fire from a Swedish DJ named Avicii who claims the song plagiarizes his own, called Fade Into Darkness!

The song is set to be released on September 4, but Avicii’s pleas to a High Court in London scheduled for today may prevent that from happening.

Check out BOTH songs above and let us know if U think Collide plagiarizes Fade Into Darkness!
