The troubled starlet was seen SHOPPING in SoHo Saturday (above) AND was snapped indulging in a cigarette with a friend!
UMMM we don’t think someone with an alleged upper respitory infection should be sucking down a bunch of toxic smoke…
But then again, we’re not the health expert! LOLz!
This photographic evidence just further proves that Lindsay is doing EVERYTHING possible to postpone having to go to rehab, or jail, or WHATEVER the honorable judge deems appropriate for her apparent crimes.
But girl can’t fake being sick forever! She can’t avoid the inevitable! And we’re sure it would serve Lilo infinitely better if she just faced up to what she’s (supposedly) done, rather than cower in the shadows…
