Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer Claims Cops Were Total Mean Girls During June Car Crash!

Aww poor baby! It must really suck to have to lie to cops when they are being SO rude! LOLzzz.
Lindsay Lohan‘s new lawyer Mark Heller has been making some questionable legal moves concerning Lilo’s June car crash on the PCH — one of which is asking the judge to THROW OUT the lying-to-cops-case, claiming that the police involved in the incident did NOT allow Lindsay her Miranda rights.
BUT, he’s also alleging that the cops acted VERY inappropriately towards his client, telling her that she couldn’t leave and that if she refused to answer their questions it would be “worse for her.”
Yikes! That does NOT sound like correct police conduct at all!
But we somehow doubt the coppers ever said such things.
We know it’s crazy, but we tend to believe law enforcement officials over Lindsay Lohan and her odd choice of lawyer!
