One Of Lori Loughlin's Daughters Reportedly Under Criminal Investigation!

One of Lori Loughlin's daughters could be in trouble!

Olivia Jade or Isabella Rose could be in trouble with the law.
As we reported, Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, pled not guilty to charges of conspiring to commit fraud and money laundering for allegedly paying bribes totaling $500,000 to have both of their children recruited for the USC crew team, despite not playing the sport.

However, according to DailyMail.com on Wednesday, one of their daughters could also be subject to criminal charges.
Per the publication, either the 19-year-old YouTube star or her 20-year-old older sister received a target letter from federal prosecutors in Massachusetts regarding their alleged involvement in the college cheating scandal.
Allegedly, the note said that the girl in question is currently being investigated about whether or not she knew about her parents’ alleged illegal activity.
A source, who allegedly saw the letter, revealed:

“It is a not-so-veiled threat… [The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts] is making it pretty clear that they have evidence that very strongly suggests she knew of the illegal plot.”

Insiders said they only knew about one of the daughters getting a letter, the tone of which was described as “ominous.”
While it hasn’t been confirmed which daughter, we’d be surprised if it weren’t Olivia Jade.
After all, an insider seemed to accidentally “out” her earlier this month as having had foreknowledge of the scam.
And our own accruing of evidence, though circumstantial, was pretty convincing…

Lori Loughlin daughters knew poll
Y’all clearly thought so, too!

The publication said Loughlin’s lawyer did not respond to a request for comment, and that a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s office declined comment.
It is not clear if the troubled Giannulli daughter has sought separate counsel.
Allegedly, these target letters, described as “warning shots,” have been going out for the past month, and at least 5 students — whose parents either refused a plea deal and later filed a plea of not guilty — allegedly received them.
The first source said:

“It is clear that some students are going to be charged.”

Per a People source earlier this month, Lori and Mossimo reportedly rejected an offer for a deal from prosecutors as “they weren’t ready to accept that.”
As we wrote this month, the couple “should have” taken the deal, but allegedly did not understand the magnitude of the situation.
The source revealed:

“She probably should have taken the deal, but at the time, she didn’t really realize how serious the charges were.”

However, ever since the two were slapped with the conspiracy to commit money laundering charge earlier this month, pleading not guilty was allegedly their “only choice.”

“More than that, I think she and her lawyers underestimated how motivated the prosecution was. So she didn’t plead, and then they hit her with another charge. Now she’s willing to negotiate, but the prosecution says that the deal is off the table. So the only choice they’ve got is to plead not guilty. That’s all they can do.”

If convicted, they face up to 20 years in prison for each charge.
