It takes a lot of courage to do what Miley Cyrus did on Thursday… and she’s clearly feeling a lot of love in response from other celebs around the entertainment world!
As we reported on Thursday morning, Miley took to social media to explain, clarify, and apologize for some of the bad decisions she’d made in her past. Some of the admissions specifically involved estranged husband Liam Hemsworth, with other ones centering on previous relationships, various business deals gone wrong, and more.

After the 26-year-old singer shared a series of messages from the heart, celebs pulled out all the stops to show social media support in Miley’s time of need. Her own sister, Brandi, kicked things off with a simple “proud of you sissy!” in response to some of the tweets. Actress Shailene Woodley and model Lily Aldridge both opted to leave heart emojis on the former Disney Channel star’s Instagram post on the same topic, too.
Rapper Juicy J popped up with his own comment, writing “we love you Miley stay strong,” and countless other entertainers from all over the industry showed their support throughout the day, as documented by Comments by Celebs.
Bella Thorne had her own wonderful response to Miley’s admissions of truth, too, writing (below):
“I love this. So much from the heart. Takes a lot to say. I love every version of u. Perfection is imperfect and that’s a fact.”
Awww! Such great emotional support — especially from somebody like Bella, who has been through quite a bit herself, and certainly knows the mental and psychological landscape of being in the public eye for so long.

But perhaps the best — and most unexpected — supportive comment for the Wrecking Ball singer came from none other than the legend Madonna, who wrote on Miley’s IG post (below):
“Thank GOD!! You are human! A woman who has lived. No need to apologize!!”
Wow! And AMEN!!!
Recent fling or not, Miley has been through quite a bit lately. We can’t even imagine the weird waves of emotion one must feel when going through a very, very public breakup from the person you’ve been with for a decade. So it melts our hearts to see Madge and others to come through like this, and show such public support as the pop princess makes herself so vulnerable. Love it!!
