What a savage move from Mauricio Umansky!
On Tuesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Sutton Stracke revealed the real estate agent replaced a picture of Kyle Richards on his desk with his former Dancing With the Stars partner Emma Slater! WHAT! You may recall that the two starred in the competition series together last fall — and were rumored to be more than dance partners!

Mauricio and Emma sparked romance rumors when they were photographed getting cozy outside the ballroom and holding hands while dining at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills. While the pair insisted they were “really good friends,” our eyes told us different! Sources even came out spilling that no, this was not just a platonic relationship; they were full-on dating! Even Kyle felt there was “something there” between Emma and Mauricio. She was also “hurt” when she saw the photos of the hand-holding, despite being the one to initiate the separation.
What added salt to the wound for the reality star? According to Sutton, Mau removed her pic from his desk and replaced it with one of “the woman from Dancing With the Stars!” WHAT A STATEMENT!
Sutton told Erika Jayne and Kyle’s sister Kathy Hilton:
“After I talked to Kyle, she seemed a little down. There was a story she told me about a picture.”
When Kyle found out about the switch, Sutton recalled, she was “hurt.” Can you blame her? He just replaced her with another woman! It’s as clear a message as one can communicate! It’s brutal! Later on, Sutton asked Kyle if she felt “weird” about the desk. The Halloween alum replied:
“Yeah, it feels weird that my picture was taken down, too.”
Oof.
During The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, filmed weeks later, Kyle opened up some more about her feelings on the issue, sharing that she “didn’t love” his actions. But at the same time, she understands “part” of why Mau switched the pics:
“That’s his desk, and right in front of his face is an 8 x 10 of him kissing my cheek, staring at him all day, so I can understand him not wanting to stare at that — if it hurt him or was difficult for him — and putting that away. But did you need to put [that] photo on the shelf?”
No, he didn’t!
Mau could have just replaced it with a photo of their dogs, or maybe, we don’t know… their four daughters! Just anything other than Emma! What was she supposed to think? It seemed the Buying Beverly Hills star just wanted to hurt Kyle here. Perhaps to get back at her alleged relationship with Morgan Wade? Well, as it turns out it worked.
Erika mentioned that while she had a framed pic of herself and her “very handsome” DWTS partner, Gleb Savchenko, she never hung it up in her house. Ultimately, Kyle thought what her estranged hubby did “was a really dumb thing to do.” When a producer asked if she ever talked to Mauricio about it, the television personality said:
“I still haven’t.”
Kyle may not need to confront him about the debacle, though. She then revealed it was no longer there. Who wants to bet he replaced it again, this time with his new, much younger girlfriend… Watch the after-show (below):
