Ahh! So jealous of whoever snatched this up and even more jealous that Meg Ryan made a couple million bucks on this deal!
The Sleepless In Seattle star has finally sold her beautiful Spanish-style Bel-Air mansion for a cool $11 million after attempting to get $19.5 million for it in 2008. Nobody bit, so she lowered the price and still made out pretty well since she only paid $8.995 million for the 6,877-square-foot estate back in 2000.
On top of a fantastic view of El Lay (city AND ocean), the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home features a swimming pool, dining pavilion, a guest house with a private screening room, and even a pub room.
She got the place after her divorce from Dennis Quaid and may have left it behind to pursue another romance. She’s engaged to John Mellencamp and was reportedly seen shopping for a new home in New York last month.
