Elle magazine has been dealing with lots of noise about their Melissa McCarthy November cover; many claim her fuller figure was overly bundled on the mag.
But Melissa has been shooting down those theories ever since the cover surfaced, and most recently discussed the photo on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno!
First, she explained the extremely teased hair to Leno:
“I kind of wanted to look like the walk of shame.”
To which the TV host quipped back:
“To guys, that’s a just got out of bed look, which is very sexy.”
Hmmm, sounds like Andy Samberg wasn’t the only one sexually attracted to the look, ha!
Melissa then went on to explain her thoughts on the “jacket gate” incident, further explaining:
“There was a big to-do about it, which kind of made me laugh. Like, how dare someone put me in a $3,000 coat? That’s terrible! I want to know why I don’t own the coat. I want the coat! I really want the coat!”
LOLz!
Someone send the lady the coat already!
We love the way the comedian just laughs the incident off. Typical Melissa McCarthy!
