We’re not sure how this would work and we don’t care AT ALL.
Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones have made a ton of money from the Men In Black franchise, and Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill have done the same thing with 21 Jump Street and its sequel.
But would combining the two franchises into one film crossover be a good idea? Hell, this STILL sounds like someone is trolling us!
Well, Sony Pictures was apparently thinking it would be — according to some emails that were revealed after the big hack and leak that happened to the studio recently.

The new movie would be directed by Jump Street directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller but it would apparently NOT include Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones!
Which seems kind of ridiculous. If you’re gonna have a crossover, do it RIGHT!
However, Jonah Hill was on board! He sent a letter to head honcho of the studio Amy Pascal and wrote:
“jump street merging with mib i think that’s clean and rad and powerful.”
President of production of Sony’s Columbia Pictures label Hannah Minghella also wrote in an email:
“We don’t have a script yet so we’ll be greenlighting the movie off the concept and the talent involved.”
We’re not sure if this movie is still in the works, but we’d be super curious to find out if it was!
It would be a shame if this movie was not made just because of these leaked emails — it looks like Jonah would be super upset!
This NEEDS to be made!!!
