Everyone is talking about Miley Cyrus‘ raunchy performance at the VMAs! Even her mother!
Well, her TV mom anyway! Brooke Shields, who played Miley’s long-lost mother on Hannah Montana guest-hosted the Today show Monday morning, and she had a stern talking-to for her TV daughter! She said:
“I was Hannah Montana’s mother. I don’t approve.”
Brooke did try to keep it positive with some parental guidance, but her comments were not without some pretty tough love! She said:
“She can sing beautifully, and I feel like if she lets that lead, rather than let her bottom lead…
I feel like it’s a bit desperate.”
