Miley Cyrus Brings Mom On Lunch Date With Cody Simpson - Yes, Here We Go Again!

Lunch is indeed love.

For Miley Cyrus, at least, considering every time she’s involved with somebody recently, we only for sure know it’s for real when she takes ’em out to lunch with her mom, Tish! That’s right… first it was (multiple) lunch dates with ex-GF Kaitlynn Carter, and now, it’s another lovely lunch with mom and Cody Simpson in tow!

TMZ has the pics — you can see ’em HERE — but clearly, we’ve got ourselves a repeat of what Miley did a few times with her ex, Kaitlynn. It’s clear that when things get serious (or, you know, serious enough early on), it’s time for mom to meet the suitor… and Saturday must have been Cody’s big day!

The singer and her beau were spotted in the Toluca Lake neighborhood of El Lay in those pics, where they apparently met up with Tish inside a little local cafe for some breakfast. Not bad! Apparently, Miley ended up leaving with her momma, and Cody went off on his own. To where? We’ll never know…

Anyways, this was clearly a designed meet-the-parents kind of get-together. It should be noted, though, that the Wrecking Ball singer has known her fellow pop star for some time now, so it’s actually possible Cody could have met Miley’s family at some point earlier, just as friends or whatever. But clearly, as a romantic interest, this is definitely a big first for Cody and Miley!

Whew! Got THAT one out of the way, what a relief! LOLz!!

It’s been a big weekend for both Miley and Liam Hemsworth, as the latter Australian film star hunk is doing his own thing with recent flame Maddison Brown out in New York City. With him on one coast having PDA-filled dates, and Miley three-thousand miles away gettin’ after it with her new man as he meets the parents… it’s a lot to keep up with! Both of these longtime loves are giving it their best to move on from each other, that’s for sure.
