
After a night out at Voyeur Nightclub, a venue with topless dancers and S&M performances, Miley Cyrus was spotted with her trainer ready to work out!
According to Seventeen Magazine, Miley works out regularly as well as follows the 5-factor diet. It is less of a diet and more of a reminder to people that this is how you SHOULD be eating.
This plan suggests eating 5 meals a day so you are less hungry, each meal and snack must contain a food from each of the 5 categories: a protein, a low or moderate glycemic carbohydrate, a fiber, a healthy fat and a sugar-free beverage.
Miley looks great! We love that she wants to stay fit AND is healthy about it!!
