Blac Chyna isn’t the first star to be a victim of revenge porn.
In fact, the former video vixen’s attorney Lisa Bloom also represented actress Mischa Barton in her revenge porn case against two exes. Like Dream Kardashian‘s mother, Mischa was granted a restraining order against her controversial past lovers. Specifically, The O.C. alum was filmed (without her knowledge) by one of her ex-boyfriends and then another former flame obtained the illicit material.

However, at one point, both men threatened to release the footage. This is all information the 31-year-old discussed during her appearance on The View on Friday. Per Barton’s account of the scandal, she and her ex started dating last fall and had a “whirlwind relationship.” Despite having loved and trusted the guy, the industry vet later learned her beau had “ulterior motives” as was “surreptitiously filming [her] the entire time.”
On her reaction to learning she was being filmed, the former Dancing With The Stars contestant noted:
“I was shocked. I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t want to believe it├óΓé¼┬ª I’m shocked that people don’t know how illegal it is.”
Miz Bloom, who made an appearance on The View alongside her client, explained that what Mischa’s exes (and Kardashian for that matter) did was a “modern form of misogyny.” On why she decided to fight back, the It-girl relayed:
“There’s a lot of things that are scary about it, but it feels good when you do stand up for your rights. That’s what I hope people take away from this, because it’s not easy to do. You worry what people will think. Ultimately the outcome is better this way around.”
Ironically, Caitlyn Jenner was on the show as a guest host, but had no insight into the Rob-Chyna drama. The I Am Cait star quipped:
“I don’t know the Blac Chyna-Rob thing. Rob was stupid for doing that. I never met Blac Chyna. I never met the kid. Rob, I haven’t had a serious conversation with him in years.”
