Is Nick Cannon ready to give a relationship with Mariah Carey another shot?!
Now that the 54-year-old singer is single again following her breakup with her boyfriend of seven years Bryan Tanaka, many are curious to see who she ends up with next. But if her ex-husband has a say in the matter, he sounds open to putting his hat in the ring! Yeah, you read that right. Nick is open to rekindling the flame eight years after their divorce!! He even joked in an interview with E! News on Thursday:
“I mean, you gotta ask her! Let me know what she says!”

When interviewer Justin Sylvester noted he would be talking to the Obsessed artist soon, Nick said:
“Ask her, text me, we can talk through you. Valentines is in the air, you can be the chocolate cupid. Let’s do it, I’m with it.”
Um… WHAT?!
Nick seems to be very down for getting back together with Mariah! However, it comes as no surprise. This isn’t the first time he’s expressed interest in wanting to get back together with the Queen of Christmas. But we wonder how his other baby mommas feel about the television host trying to shoot his shot with his ex-wife again!
Plus, what does Mariah think about the matter?? Would she be down for his non-monogamous relationship style? We will find out when Justin asks her in a few weeks, but we have a feeling she wouldn’t be down! If Nick’s “ode” to Mariah on Valentine’s Day last year didn’t work, we doubt having Justin act as a wingman will convince her to give the former couple another chance.
