Nikki Garcia and Artem Chigvintsev are not on great terms after his recent arrest — and apparently not even sharing the same roof!
As we’ve been following, the Dancing With The Stars alum was arrested for domestic violence in Napa County, California late last month after some sort of dispute with the retired wrestler, formerly known as Nikki Bella. It’s not exactly clear what happened, but we’ve been hearing Nikki is considering divorce following the dramatic debacle. She’s been spotted without her wedding ring on a couple times now, and according to TMZ, she’s looking for a divorce lawyer! And guess what? She’s SO done with him, they’re reportedly not even living together anymore!
On Wednesday, an insider confirmed to Us Weekly the details that we’d already heard rumored for a while now:
“They are not living under the same roof. Friends believe they will end up splitting.”
We don’t blame Nikki for wanting to get far away from him! Especially since whatever went down was allegedly in front of their 4-year-old CHILD Matteo! Messed up!

The insider added:
“Nikki, [her sister] Brie and their family are too strong to let this slide and to let this kind of behavior be OK. Especially around a child.”
