Nina Dobrev and her Vampire Diaries co-star beau Ian Somerhalder went all out this Halloween weekend, dressing to the nines tens for Ian’s ISF’s Empoweresque event held at The Opera in HOTlanta, sponsored by VUQO VODKA.
As you can plainly see, Ian is saving the world from pollution as Captain Planet, and Nina got her Hogwarts on as Hermione Granger.
Nice touch with the Harry and Ron heads peeking out from beneath your cloak! Quite inventive!
