Noah Beck‘s sister is speaking out on allegations she had a widely inappropriate sexual relationship with a student!
We’ve been following the jaw-dropping story. Late last month, the 27-year-old teacher was fired from her role at Centennial High School in Peoria, Arizona, after an internal investigation found she’d allegedly “groomed” a student, beginning when he was still a minor, and later had a sexual relationship with him.
She’s been accused of buying him drugs and alcohol, sending him thousands of texts in just a few months, and sending him over $600. It was also alleged that the student filmed her “providing him oral sex and [showed] it to other students,” according to police. Per a statement of charges from the Peoria Police Department viewed by People, she even had the student listed as “sneaky link,” a slang term for illicit lover, in her Snapchat. So, like, if that’s true then she FULLY knew what she was doing was wrong! Get caught up on all the sickening allegations HERE.

As we reported, the Peoria Police Department already recommended that she face a single pandering charge. However, the case was returned to them for “additional investigation.” Well, as of Wednesday, a spokesperson for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office told People that the case is “still under review” after the police resubmitted the same recommendation.
As the controversy garners more attention online, Haley’s finally speaking out — well, sorta. She’s declined to answer many requests for comments from various outlets, but she did have her attorney speak on her behalf. Chatting with The Arizona Republic last Tuesday, her lawyer Matt Long totally defended her, arguing she “committed no crimes,” adding:
“Ms. Beck is entitled to due process. We are confident that a complete review of the facts will confirm her innocence.”
Wow.
VERY different from what the investigators are saying!!!
The Peoria Unified School District Superintendent, K.C. Somers, has also addressed the scandal, saying in a statement sent to community members and obtained by AZFamily on Monday:
“The district has acted, is acting, and will continue to act on the basis of facts, law and the responsibilities entrusted to us by this community.”
Somers said the district is “reinforcing protocols for how staff respond to concerns about student safety, including any information that reaches them through students, social media, or community report.” The statement concluded:
“The Coyote community is built by the families, students, and staff who show up for one another year after year. What has happened does not change that, and it does not define the people who walk into that building every day to do right by your children. I am grateful for the trust you place in our schools, and I am committed, as is every member of the district team, to maintaining a safe, supportive, and excellent learning environment for every student.”

We’ll be eagerly awaiting law enforcement’s final determination on whether Haley will face any charges. It’s hard to imagine how she thinks she did nothing wrong with the amount of accusations the police have brought forth!
And for the Beck family, this isn’t the only problem they’re dealing with. The TikTok star’s mom Amy has been put on leave amid an investigation after a resurfaced video showed her seemingly simulating oral sex with her son. Such a f**king mess.
