Offset apparently has no worries about his recent relationship turmoil with Cardi B!
In a new video posted to Instagram on Tuesday, the Migos rapper made his feelings about his woes with the Bodak Yellow rapper clear — and he got Hollywood icon Jamie Lee Curtis‘ help! We’re not sure if this is the lead-in to a music video, just a sketch, or what! But it’s hilarious!
Playing an interviewer, Jamie asks Offset about the recent “drama”:
“Your fans are saying there is a lot of drama between you and your beautiful wife, Cardi B.”
To which the 31-year-old rapper responds with a loud:
The 64-year-old actress says through a big smile:
“OK. You’re not going to answer my f**king question, are you?”
But Offset pops back with:
“There’s no problems.”
When Jamie insists Cardi “seems upset,” the Open It Up rapper sets things straight about what he wants the topic to be on — his music:
“I’m out on love! Let’s talk about some music.”
At the end of the clip, “July 28” shows in bold letters, while the caption of the post urges fans to prepare for some new tunes THIS FRIDAY. See the full video (below):
Cardi seemed all for the spoof, too, because she immediately shared it to her Stories and expressed her excitement:
“Lmaaaoooooooo ….I can’t wait !!!”
In case you don’t recognize it, the clip is poking fun at a James Brown interview from the late 80s, in which the singer ignored CNN reporter Sonya Friedman‘s questions about allegations he assaulted his then-wife Adrienne Rodriguez. During the interview, he kept breaking out into song and insisting there was “nothing wrong” and that he was out, not on bail, but “on love.”

Wow! What a way make a statement about trouble in your love life! Reactions, Perezcious readers?
