It was 10 years to the day since the horrible school shootings at Columbine took place. And in memory of all that happened, Oprah Winfrey was planning on airing a special episode today titled, 10 Years Later: The Truth about Columbine.
However, the episode which was going to take a look back at the shootings in Columbine has been canceled.
And Oprah has addressed the situation on her Twitter.
Says Miz Winfrey:
“I decided to pull the Columbine show today. After reviewing it, I thought it focused too much on the killers. Today, hold a thought for the Columbine community. This is a hard day for them.”
We still love ya O!
And our thoughts go out to all of those affected by the horrible event that took place a decade ago.
