A big part of us wishes that instead of Sarah Palin pushing her book on Oprah’s show, we could watch Tina Fey impersonate her, if only to spare our ears from the moose talk and hockey, hick stories.
Ah, we’ll just tune it out. It’s Oprah who has to act interested!
Until now, Sarah Palin has turned down offers to the appear on Oprah’s show. (It may be because she picked our President.) But now, with a memoir hitting the shelves soon, Sarah is sucking up her Alaskan pride and schlepping it over to Chicago to meet with the mega talk show host.
Oprah even predicted that would be the case almost a month ago, telling her audience “Maybe she’ll talk to me now that she has a book deal.”
Ah, how the tables have turned!
Be sure to check her out on November 16th, if you can stomach it, and just pray that Palin’s book doesn’t somehow sneak up on the Oprah Book Club list.
