Poppa Joe Approves Of Jessica's Man!

It’s nice to hear that dad approves of her man!

Poppa Joe recently spoke out about the his daughter Jessica Simpson‘s engagement to Eric Johnson, and seems nothing but thrilled for the couple!

He explains:

“This is the happiest she’s been in her entire life. It’s so wonderful to see. She is in love and I know she will have so many love songs to write straight from the heart for her new record. I am thrilled. I love Eric. I think he’s such a great guy and most importantly he loves Jessica and makes her so happy. As a dad, all you want is for your daughter to be happy and she is. He makes her so happy and I love that. I could not be happier!”

Hmm…this certainly isn’t the first time we’ve heard that Jessica is “the happiest she’s ever been” with a boyfriend, but we will say that this time everyone might be on the mark!

They do seem genuinely very happy together! And we’re glad that the whole family is supportive of them!
