
Booze is not your friend. If you are serious about loosing weight cut your alcohol intake way back. Alcoholic beverages are calorie heavy and the enemy of weight loss. Think of it like this…the calories in one drink is equal to the calories in one small candy bar. If you are trying to build a healthy body would you eat a candy bar or two every day? You might still want to reward yourself with a very occasional drink, but like the old saying goes ├óΓé¼┼ôover the lips and onto the hips.├óΓé¼┬¥
