Plus, lack of sleep can increase genetic risks for obesity, increase appetite and cravings, and has been linked to Type 2 Diabetes and inflammation. Oh and of course there’s the crankiness! Bottom Line: Sleep 7-9 hours per night to maximize health and leanness!
