Rachel Kirkconnell took a page from Ariana Madix’s playbook and poked fun at her nasty public breakup!
The former Bachelor contestant dropped a new advertisement for Brawny on Instagram Sunday, and anyone who has followed the story of her split from Matt James will pick up on all the jabs she made about the situation! While making pizza in her kitchen with friends, Rachael says:
“Even though I don’t have to worry about picking out the perfect dinner spot anymore, life can still get messy.”

But thankfully, she has someone “strong and reliable” she “can always depend on” now! Who is that? Obviously, not Matt! LOLz! It’s the Brawny guy! When her pal spills marinara sauce on the counter, the paper towel brand’s mascot steps up to clean the mess. Getting a dig at Matt, Rachael points out:
“No matter what surprises come her way, Brawny’s always gonna be there.”
Even when she drops cheese on her phone after getting multiple texts and alerts on her phone! That is a clear reference to what happened when she was on an over 12-hour flight from Tokyo to Atlanta and Matt unexpectedly dropped that breakup announcement before she had the chance to tell anyone about it! Mind you, they had only been broken up for a couple of hours at that point! So brutal! But Rachael is getting her revenge and making bank from it now! Watch the ad (below):
