As we’ve been following, the Pitch Perfect star has been working hard on her fitness goals this year and keeping fans updated every step along the way. On Monday, she shared another look at her healthy physique with a stunning set of pics and clips recently captured on a hike — and if this doesn’t make you want to get off the couch and get moving, we’re not sure what will!

In the new Instagram shots, the 40-year-old is seen posing next to her friend atop a hill in Palm Beach, Australia with a truly beautiful view of the water behind her. However, the only blue we’re paying attention to is on the starlet, who rocked a sexy, spandex teal bodysuit from Gym Shark for the outing. Take a look here:

Giving us plenty of happy, healthy, and confident vibes with this one — as she should be! More evidence of her commitment to the gym can be seen on her IG feed, including scenes like this (below) from a fun boxing workout earlier this month:
Having fun while losing weight is definitely the way to go! That dreaded “quarantine fifteen” appears to be nowhere in sight these days. We wish we had this kind of willpower, but it’s not the only thing keeping her going. It has also been said that Rebel is following a medical detox method known as the “Mayr Cure,” created by Austrian physician Dr. Franz Xaver Mayr almost 100 years ago, which focuses on improving one’s health through proper chewing and digestion. As far as we can see, the results thus far have been so impressive!
A source close to the star told People:
“It’s an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages eating whole foods slowly, boosts the immune system and reduces inflammation.”
Back in May, Wilson revealed her goal is to get down to 165 lbs by the end of the year! The confidant added that she is devoted to the diet plan and improving her overall well-being in every way:
“She exercises with a personal trainer up to six times a week, goes on walks and is trying to up her protein intake nutritionally. I know she’s also been working on conquering her emotional eating patterns of behavior.”
