When we first heard about HBO‘s adaptation of Liane Moriarty‘s Big Little Lies, we were totally intrigued.
A masterful director in Jean-Marc Vall├â┬⌐e (Dallas Buyers Club); an all-star cast featuring Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Alexander Skarsg├â┬Ñrd, Zoe Kravitz, Shailene Woodley, Laura Dern, and Adam Scott; and our favorite Tony Awards red carpet correspondent Iain Armitage… what’s not to like?!
But if we were piqued before, we’re PEAKING now… Because the first full official trailer proves this isn’t just a quality HBO dramedy — it’s a non-reality version of Real Housewives!
