We guess they gave it a last-minute name change!
Check out the just-released new trailer for the new prequel to Planet of the Apes, now titled Rise of the Planet of the Apes (above), starring James Franco, Freida Pinto, and Tom Felton (above)!
As we’ve reported, this one’s an origin story as to how the now iconic monkeys came to be as smart as civilized as we’ve seen them in the original flicks, and we’ve got to say, this looks VERY well done!
The CGI alone is pretty epic! We’re impressed!
Here’s hoping that the story and acting is just as good! We wouldn’t want this to bomb!
