Rita Ora can’t be bothered with all that Becky dramz!
As we faithfully continue our search for the mistress Beyonc├â┬⌐ refers to in her song Sorry, the 25-year-old singer would like to reiterate the fact that she most definitely did NOT interfere with Jay Z‘s marriage.
And quite frankly, Rita thinks it’s pretty “rude” you’d even assume so! Snaps!
In a new interview with Vanity Fair, the Body On Me songstress stressed:
“First and foremost, Jay Z is my inspiration and one of my idols — lyrically, musically, business-wise. I still look up to him and his wife every day. Beyonc├â┬⌐ was one of my biggest idols growing up.”

You probably recall Roc Nation‘s former artist was dragged into all the “Becky with the good hair” speculation after she wore a lemon-printed bra shortly after Lemonade‘s April debut, and then again after she donned a “Not Becky” pin at a Met Gala after party in May.
Miz Ora explained:
“That [pin] was a present from Katy Perry. Maybe I was the only one seen wearing it, but there were others. As for the rest of it, I’m oblivious, I’m just not the gossip queen. I find it incredibly rude and disrespectful to women in general [when] we get accused of something that’s basically against the important part — the music.”
So basically, this is all Katy Perry’s fault.
We kid, we kid!
Switching gears, the How We Do singer also touched on her controversial relationship with ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris — which was basically a mess after the DJ wouldn’t let Rita perform the song he wrote and produced for her (I Will Never Let You Down) at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards.
The blonde beauty divulged:
“He’s very talented. I have had a few dramas, haven’t I? I think in general I’ve learned my lesson to not talk about relationships and gossip because I’ve been at the center of it a few times and it’s not worth it. And I have been heartbroken ├óΓé¼┬ª just once. Love is so great, but it also can be the most dangerous thing on planet earth. People do crazy things when it comes to jealousy and love.”
Hmm. Probably for the best!
