DAMN! Those workouts have been paying off!
As we reported, many feared Rob Kardashian fell off his diet wagon when he and Blac Chyna ate a “whole bunch of sushi” at Benihana in Encino, CA. Not only did they indulge in seafood, they also drank rounds of sake and mimosas.

Well, it looks like the KUWTK star’s cheat day didn’t affect him one bit!
In a Snapchat video, the sock designer and his girlfriend enjoyed a lovely outdoor BBQ with plenty of healthy food!
What was on the menu? Steak and chicken! Yum! Protein galore!
Rob was feeling so good that he even took his shirt off!
