According to a new report, the reality TV star is dating 26-year-old Mehgan James, who found fame on multiple seasons of VH1‘s Bad Girls Club!

But a source tells Us Weekly she won’t be a bad influence on the new father:
“She’s matured and will be a good fixture in Rob’s life should this continue.”
In case you couldn’t guess, their relationship is “fairly new,” which is prob why we haven’t heard about it until now…
