The CW Shares First Photo Of Ruby Rose As Gay 'Batwoman' - Look!

Feast your eyes on TV’s baddest LGBT superhero!
The CW finally unmasked the first image of Ruby Rose in her Batwoman supersuit, and she looks perfectly suited for the role.
The Colleen Atwood-designed costume is comic book accurate with the Bat symbol, cape, and Kate Kane’s long cherry-red hair. Rose’s intimidating scowl is just the cherry on top of the batcake.

The Aussie actress will make her debut as Batwoman in this year’s three-night Arrowverse crossover event, Elseworlds, which will see her with DC Comics heroes like Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl.
The network is also developing a stand-alone series around the openly gay character, too, which Rose will headline if all goes to plan.
