Looks like Ryan Seacrest has finally sold his Hollywood Hills mansion that he put on the market back in April!
The house ended up going for $11 million, after it was listed for $12.9 million!
The 8,000 square foot house comes with a tennis court, guest house, wine cellar, screening room and even a detached nightclub!!
Not a bad deal at all!
Ryan├óΓé¼Γäós old pad was originally Kevin Costner├óΓé¼Γäós…and the owner before him?? Richard Dreyfuss!
As for Seacrest’s new digs? He and longtime girlfriend Julianne Hough are shacking up in his new $37 million mansion that he bought off Ellen DeGeneres, back in May!
Talk about an UPGRADE! LOLz!
