Meet The New Superman! Supergirl Casts THIS Teen Wolf Star As Its Man Of Steel!

There’s a new Superman in town!
It was announced a couple weeks ago that one big move The CW is making when it tackles Supergirl is the addition of an onscreen Superman.
Kara Zor-El’s (Melissa Benoist) cousin has always been a big part of her story, so it totally makes sense. But how do you follow the extremely hot but unfortunately mopey Henry Cavill??

With Teen Wolf‘s Tyler Hoechlin!
The MTV star was announced Thursday as the new Clark Kent, which potentially makes him a big part of ALL The CW’s superhero shows — including The Flash, Arrow, and Legends Of Tomorrow!
Supergirl exec producer Andrew Kreisberg spoke about the decision to cast the Teen Wolf star:

“[Flash creator] Greg [Berlanti] and I have wanted to work with Tyler for ages, so this worked out perfectly because Tyler is Superman. We are so thrilled and humbled to add another amazing actor to the legacy of this iconic character.”
