Who got Taylor Frankie Paul‘s final rose? Her The Bachelorette episodes may never see the light of day, but we do already know the end result!
As you know, the reality star’s season of the ABC dating series got cancelled on Thursday — just three days before the premiere. The decision came after a horrifying video of her attacking her baby daddy and ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, and hitting her then 5-year-old daughter with a metal barstool surfaced. Fans will recall that the incident led to her arrest in 2023, and she took a plea deal, pleading guilty to aggravated assault. Before the footage dropped, however, Taylor was already in hot water because news broke on Sunday that there is an investigation into an alleged domestic assault between her and Dakota.
Because of ABC’s decision, everyone will not get to see exactly how everything played out on our screens. But don’t worry! We have spoilers of who won her season, all thanks to Reality Steve! Bachelor Nation fans know he has been the go-to source for everything regarding the franchise for years, and he often posts who won the season days before the premiere. So what does he say went down with Taylor and her suitors?

According to Reality Steve, Taylor’s final four were Shane Parton, 27, Doug Mason, 28, Lew Evans, 32, and Casey Hux, 30. They all went on the Hometown dates, but Casey got eliminated afterward. So, she took Shane, Doug, and Lew to the Fantasy Suites. After that, her final two were Shane and Doug. They traveled to St. Lucia to film the finale. There, Reality Steve revealed she got engaged and gave her final rose to…
Drumroll….
Doug Mason!
@_dougmason OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ???? I’m a cast member on Season 22 of The Bachelorette!! Airing March 22nd on ABC, and streaming on Hulu. Tune in to watch me meet Taylor for the first time.. ???? @Bachelor Nation @The Bachelorette #bachelorette #bachelornation
However, as we suspected, Taylor didn’t get a happy ending. Reality Steve claimed she and Doug broke up after filming. He allegedly flew to Utah about a month after the engagement, and Taylor ended things. His sources claim the breakup occurred sometime in January, so a month before the latest alleged domestic dispute.
Reality Steve doesn’t know the exact reason behind the split, but he feels it is likely due to Dakota. Although he said the MomTok star wasn’t with her baby daddy, she “just can’t seem to move on from him” and was “never over” him. People knew that since Taylor slept with him the night before she left to film the series. And then we all know what is sadly being alleged about what happened between Dakota and Taylor after her split with Doug. How sad.
Here is what is interesting, though! Taylor and Doug were caught spending time together recently! The Sun shared pictures of the pair arriving at the same location in Los Angeles back on March 14, and it is suspected they filmed additional scenes for The Bachelorette. See HERE.
This was obviously before the season was cancelled, so we may never know why they reunited. Did they reconcile? Is that why they were filming again? We don’t think so, but who knows! Taylor posted a TikTok video with a man on Monday, but you don’t see his face. Many fans believed it was Doug. That said, it could have just been Taylor trying to tease and promote the now-canceled season.
@taylorfrankiepaul Sorry kinda busy
Hmm…
Whelp, Taylor’s not “busy” anymore! At least when it comes to reality TV! Her other show, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, is on pause due to her drama, and who knows if she’ll return to that based on the online backlash! She’s also now “busy” dealing with a legal mess!
