We do think this is good news for her baby.
But wow maybe a little time in jail would be good for this expecting momma!
Jenelle Evans put her Teen Mom 2 show AND her baby bump at risk by getting arrested recently, but she may not have to go to jail in the long run.
The reason why is because Jenelle, who was arrested after a loud fight with her boyfriend Nathan Griffith, was arrested in South Carolina.
North Carolina is where she was on probation, so this latest arrest may not be a violation of her probation.
Here’s what a source said:
├óΓé¼┼ôThis arrest may affect Jenelle├óΓé¼Γäós probation ├óΓé¼┬ª it could violate her probation. She was arrested in South Carolina, not North Carolina, so North Carolina may not choose to use this as a probation violation.”
But why was Jenelle arrested in the first place? Couples fight all the time and aren’t hauled off to jail because of it.
Here’s what a source said:
“Jenelle and Nathan have been fighting because she doesn’t think he appreciates her enough and they get really loud when they fight. She’s now trying to tell people that he was just loudly talking on the phone to her mom, but they were really fighting.”
Evans, for her part, blames the arrest on her neighbors. She tweeted:

We certainly wish the best for Jenelle Evans, but she really needs to tone down her behavior at least until her baby pops.
She’s not taking care of only herself – she’s responsible for two now!
We really, really hope she starts acting like it.
