In a new clip obtained by Radar of Monday’s upcoming Teen Mom OG episode, Maci Bookout reveals she lost a baby girl to miscarriage.
The footage shows the 26-year-old speaking with her husband Taylor McKinney about potentially adopting a child, before the reality star tells a producer she suffered a miscarriage this past year.

When discussing adding a child aged four to six to their family, Maci admits she’d be willing to try again naturally first:
“If you seriously want to have another baby, then I’ll do it. But I still want to adopt too. And if that’s really what you want naturally, I want to do it now.”
McKinney adds, “If we want it to happen, it’s going to happen like that,” before his wife reminds him he’s “forgetting something.”
When McKinney leaves the table upset, the reality star tells a crew member:
“I had a miscarriage … Her name’s Dandy, Dandelion.”
Devastating.
