
Tyler Baltierra is living a healthier life and is more than happy to share his weight loss secrets with fans.
On Thursday, the Teen Mom OG star took to Twitter to celebrate his healthy life choices and revealed that he’s already lost 30 pounds in eight weeks. However, Tyler isn’t on any particular diet, he’s just putting good food into his body.

Earlier in January, Tyler revealed that he was embarking on a weight loss journey when he shared a before and after picture to document the healthy work he’s already done. But the MTV celeb isn’t just focusing on his physical health, as he’s also attending therapy after wife Catelynn Lowell returned to rehab to work through trauma from her childhood.
