The Colbert Report Halts Production Due To "Family Matter"

We hope everything is okay!!
Earlier we told that The Colbert Report mysteriously halted production for the week without an explanation.
It turns out that there was an emergency in Stephen Colbert‘s family and the show is expected to resume production as early as next week.
As we said earlier, a spokesman for the show released this statement earlier:

“Due to unforeseen circumstances, the show will air repeat episodes on Wednesday, February 15 and Thursday, February 16.”

It sounds pretty serious if the show has decided to suspend production until next week. We sincerely hope it’s not though. Stephen Colbert, you’re in our thoughts, buddy!
