It feels like the minute The Situation resolves one lawsuit, another one begins!
The Jersey Shore star recently settled his legal issues with a fat-metabolizing cream company outside of the courtroom, but has now filed charges against Devotion Spirits, with whom he agreed to endorse their vodka back in 2010, for not following through with the terms of their contract!
According to Sorrentino, he acquired an 8% ownership stake in the company as promised, but Devotion was supposed to add another 2% to his share on the deal’s one-year anniversary…which never happened!
He was ALSO supposed to be given a $400,000 “buy back” option for his shares at the two-year mark, along with sales reports, which he alleges Devotion failed to provide him, despite him keeping up with ALL of his contractual obligations!
Therefore, he believes he’s owed his entire 10% share in the company…which is estimated to be near $5 MILLION!
Holy shiz!
Seriously, though…the most shocking thing about all of this for us is how much money being made off of protein-infused vodka! LOLz!
But here’s hoping that if this company really is stiffing our Sitch, then he gets what he’s owed!
