The Skinny On Paula's New Bod

Paula Abdul looked hawt at Sunday’s AMAs, showing off her thinner than normal body in a black form fitting dress. Even though it may have been a little too tight considering she could barely move in it.

So what’s her secret?

Abdrool was quick to dismiss the weight loss had anything to do with post-Idol depression explaining: “First and foremost I’ve had the ability to have time to have a schedule that allows me to take care of myself and dance and workout. It’s been great, but now I’m back to work.”

Which leads us to next question: what work?

The former judge wasn’t blabbing about any of her upcoming projects probably because there aren’t any.

Lets just hope it’s not another season of Hey Paula!
