Nigel Lythgoe Hit With Second Sexual Assault Lawsuit Following Paula Abdul Controversy!

Nigel Lythgoe has been hit with ANOTHER sexual assault lawsuit.

On the heels of Paula Abdul’s bombshell legal claims against the TV producer, it seems like the domino effect is in full force. On Tuesday, TMZ reported that Nigel is now facing a second lawsuit accusing him of more heinous crimes — this time put forth by contestants from 2003’s television competition show All American Girl.

The female plaintiffs, who filed anonymously as Jane Does, were both contestants on the show which Nigel produced. They claimed in the suit that he would often drop in not only on the show’s set, but in their dressing rooms when they’d be wearing dance costumes — and that he “openly swatted and groped” their rears.

WTF?!

They also cited a specific incident during a wrap party for the show where he allegedly pestered one of the plaintiffs to ride with him to an after party of sorts. He apparently told her they’d head back to the studio where the rest of the cast was going, and the second plaintiff says she accompanied the first on the ride to look out for her. However, according to them, they did NOT go back to the studio.

The plaintiffs stated that Nigel instead drove them back to his own home where he attempted to make passes at them… One of the plaintiffs alleged that he lifted up her sweater and “engulfed” her while attempting to kiss her, and that she rejected him.

The other plaintiff alleged that he got aggressive with her, too. He even supposedly shoved her against a grand piano while trying to force his mouth and tongue on her — which she, too, rejected.

DISGUSTING!

Together, they’re suing Nigel and an unnamed production company for sexual assault, battery, sexual harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. They cite California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act, which could give them the opportunity to resurface said claims beyond the statute of limitations. According to TMZ, the suit only listed the defendant as “John Roe N.L.” However, sources confirmed to the outlet that it the initials are indeed referring to Nigel and All American Girl.

As we noted, Paula also filed her own sexual assault lawsuit against the English producer. He’s since denied the allegations, but his personal (and public!) history with her doesn’t appear to bode too well for him… So, we’ll just have to wait and see what he says this time around.
