Then try these three exercises:
– Barbell bench press
– Pec deck machine
– Bent-forward cable crossovers
There was an actual study that determined that those are the best exercise for pumping up your pecs!
Now, the people doing those exercises in the study were doing 5 reps at 80% percent of their one-rep max.
That’s a little advanced, so feel free to do much lighter weight with higher reps.
We really don’t care what you do, as long as you’re doing something!
