Pretty much every small town singer with pipes dreams of auditioning for the hit singing competition — but we think Dorothy Gale takes the cake!
In a new promo for NBC‘s upcoming The Wiz Live, the Kansas native (played by Shanice Williams) moves one of the judges to tears in her blind audition!

But unfortunately, that judge turns out to be the Tin Man (Ne-Yo) who rusts up when he cries!
It’s a good thing the other judges — including Elijah Kelley‘s Scarecrow and David Alan Grier‘s Cowardly Lion — gave positive feedback as well!
