Drew Barrymore isn’t much of the wild child that most of us remember her being in her younger days. Some might think that a stint in rehab was the trick to straighten her out.
That would be incorrect.
In fact, she only had a 12 day stay at a rehab facility when she was younger. That’s barely long enough to pass out the meds!
In a recent interview, Drew concedes that she is in no way sober (no shock there), but that she has found a way to live without causing anyone, including herself, any harm.
She says, “I’m not (sober) and I don’t claim to be – quite the opposite. I’ve tried to find the balance. I hope it’s balanced.”
We hope that doesn’t mean she has a drink in the morning, weed in the evening, and a crack pipe at supper time.
As long as she isn’t getting into any trouble, we guess it’s alright. She’s not the same little teenager that was snorting coke in clubs. She’s all grown up now!
