Tiger Woods was found with medication in his pocket when he was arrested for a DUI after rolling his car over in a scary car crash on Friday.
According to TMZ Sports on Tuesday, the golfer’s arrest affidavit for the March 27 incident in Jupiter, Florida, claims he had two hydrocodone pills in his pocket at the time of the arrest.
Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek previously alleged the athlete was “lethargic” and appeared to be under the influence of “some type of medication or drug,” rather than alcohol. However, he declined to take a urinalysis test before he was taken to jail.

Similar details were noted in the affidavit. Per TMZ, the 50-year-old was described as having “lethargic and slow” movements after the crash, which showed “severe signs of impairment.” He was also sweating profusely, despite sitting in the back of a car with plenty of cool air. When he took off his sunglasses, his eyes were “bloodshot and glassy,” and his pupils were “extremely dilated.” Interestingly, he also had a really bad case of the hiccups during the investigation and was “extremely alert.” He also told cops he was traveling from his home, which was only about 5 minutes away.

Woods agreed to field sobriety tests, and cops noticed he seemed to have a leg injury because he was “limping and stumbling to the right,” plus he had a compression sock over his right knee. He told them he has had seven back surgeries and over 20 operations on his leg.
When asked if he takes any prescription meds, Tiger replied:
“I take a few.”
He insisted he hadn’t consumed alcohol that day or any illegal substances, but explained he’d taken his prescription medication earlier in the morning.
When searched, the deputy found two loose white pills inside the left pocket of his pants marked “M367,” which were later determined to be hydrocodone, an opioid to treat severe pain.
As for what Tiger claims happened? He told cops his cell phone and radio distracted him ahead of the crash. He supposedly didn’t realize the car in front of him had slowed down until it was too late. He’s SO lucky there were no serious injuries!!
After clipping a truck that was pulling into a driveway, the damage to the truck and pressure washer trailer was estimated to be around $5,000. The rear left fender and wheel of the trailer were wrecked.
As Perezcious readers know, the celeb was ultimately arrested for DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test. He’s due to appear in court next month.
